Vikram Bal
I’m Vikram, a Punjabi-American therapist and artist. As a queer-identifying clinician, I understand the challenges of navigating identities that don’t always align with cultural or societal expectations. Learning to trust the uniqueness of my own voice has been a liberating process, and my goal as a therapist is to help you build that same sense of inner trust and authenticity in your own life.
I work with adults and couples who experience shame, guilt, or disconnection in their relationships and within themselves. Using a psychodynamic, relational, and emotion-focused approach, we’ll explore how early experiences and inherited narratives shape how you show up in the world and contribute to feelings of loneliness or anxiety. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity in your identity, purpose, and capacity for meaningful connection.
Together, we’ll identify & resolve harmful emotional patterns, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your confidence. While self-exploration can feel vulnerable, I’ll be by your side as we uncover and heal what lies beneath.
*In addition to English, I can speak Punjabi.
