Riddhi Cidambi
Growing up as an Indian immigrant in Dubai and moving to the U.S. has shaped my understanding of the challenges that come with navigating multicultural identities. With personal experience balancing Eastern collectivism and Western individualism, I relate to the struggle of reconciling external expectations with individual autonomy.
I specialize in supporting millennials navigating singlehood & relationships, young adults burdened by the anxiety that comes with cultural/familial pressures, and interracial couples struggling with vulnerability. Using an emotion-focused and psychodynamic approach, we’ll uncover the early attachment patterns that may be keeping you from feeling secure and confident. Together, we’ll strengthen your connection to yourself and others, cultivating stronger self-worth and a deeper sense of belonging.
If you're ready to reclaim your voice and authenticity, I invite you to join me on this journey forward.
*In addition to English, I can speak Hindi.
